- NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Discussion with Proposed Approval of new City Attorney Eric Johnson to replace Mandi Larsen - Mayor Lori Nay 3) Discussion with Proposed Approval of additional pad to trail park 258 North Main - Bill Stoven 4) Discussion with Proposed Approval of new Criminal Prosecutor for Gunnison City Courts to replace Mandy Larsen - Mayor Lori Nay 5) Discuss with Proposed Approval of G-Hill Trail system building contract - Councilmember Mike Wanner 6) Discussion with Proposed Approval for change to P-1 Use Permit Application and applicable fees - Councilmember Mike Wanner 7) Discussion with Proposed Approval of land sale on 121 South Main Street to Central Utah Counseling - Mayor Lori Nay 8) Appointment and Proposed Confirmation of Council of Holly Bown to the Planning and Zoning Board - Mayor Lori Nay 9) Proposed Approval of City Council Minutes for Wednesday, January 5, 2022, Wednesday January 19, 2022, Wednesday February 2, 2022. 10) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 11) Public Comment 12) Other Business 13) Closed Session 14) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
