INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT: BY INVITATION 3. 4:30 PM SCHEDULED ITEMS 3.1 Site Plan - Site plan approval of Orem Public Storage located at 1042 South Geneva Road in the CM zone. 3.2 Plat Amendment - Vacating Verona Estates, Plat C and Chatterley Place, Plat A and approving Verona Estates, Plat D located generally at 439 South 750 East in the R8 zone. 4. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL 4.1 Review and approve minutes from the October 18, 2023 meeting. 5. ADJOURN 5.1 ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION - To discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character or professional competence of an individual; or the purchase or lease of real property.
