- Torrey 'NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Torrey Town Council will hold a public hearing on November 9, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Torrey Town Hall, 75 E 100 N, Torrey, UT 84775, for the purpose of receiving comments on the Town's application to the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) for funding to build a town hall. To solicit comments concerning the size, scope, and nature of any funding request prior to its submission to the board.
