The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 1.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2.ROLL CALL 3.SAFETY SECONDS Councilmember Miller 4.PUBLIC COMMENTS 5.GENERAL BUSINESS/DISCUSSION a. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS. Consideration and possible approval of the reappointment of Jan Young, Todd Thorne and Judy Beacco to the Price City Planning and Zoning Commission. b. RESOLUTION NO. 2023-020. Consideration and possible approval of a Resolution Updating and Establishing a Job Description for Price Municipal Corporation Employees (Police Chief). 6.CONSENT AGENDA a. MINUTES for 10-11-2023 City Council Workshop and City Council b. APPROVAL / RATIFICATION. Consideration and possible final approval / ratification of the Interagency Agreement between Price City and Department of Workforce Services for the Community Development Block Grant for Purchase of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus for the Price City Fire Department. c. HINKLEY CULTURE CONNECTION AGREEMENT. Consideration and possible approval of an Agreement Between Price City and Ted Hinckley Regarding Culture Connection Entertainment. d. CAREER LADDER. Consideration and possible approval of a career ladder promotion for Charles Cummins from Laborer, Grade 4, to Water, Sewer, Treatment Operator, Grade 8. e. BUSINESS LICENSES.
