- The Willard City Council of Willard City Corporation will hold a City Council meeting on Thursday, October 12, 2023. The meeting will be held at the Willard City Offices 80 W 50 S. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING 1. Call to Order 1. Invocation 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Conflict of interest declaration 2. Open Comment Period (Individuals have three minutes for open comments. If required, items may be referred to department heads for resolution. Items requiring action by the City Council will be placed on the agenda for a future meeting.) 3. Planning Commission Report 4. Action Items/New Business a. Discussion regarding UDOT with Shannon Wixom, Horrock Engineering. b. 2023 Road Maintenance. c. Discussion and approval of Ordinance 2023-10 regarding an application from Chris Marx to amend the 2017 Future Land Use Map of the Willard City General Plan (12-000) by changing the future land designation for approx. 10.84 acres at approx. 297 West 380 North from A-3 to R 1/2 and to approve a rezone petition with Parcel No.02-044-0008,02-046-0011, and 02-046-0012. d. Discussion and approval of Ordinance 2023-12 approving an application from Neldon Kapp to rezone 9.15 acres located at approximately 620 North 200 West from A-5 to R1/2 (Parcel 02-046-0005). e. Follow-up on pipe at 200 West. f. Follow-up on open manholes. g. Follow-up on stop signs (100 N.) h. Follow-up on 600 S east of Hwy 89. 5. Minutes a.
