- Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District Notice of Public Hearing To Approve the 2024 Budget October 11, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District (the 'District') will hold a public hearing on October 11, 2023 commencing at or shortly after 6:00 p.m. in Room N2-800 (North building) of the County Complex located at 2001 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, to approve the District's 2024 Budget. All interested persons in attendance will be given an opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the proposed District's 2024 Budget, a copy of which will be available for inspection at least 7 days before the public hearing at the front counter of the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District office located at 2001 South State Street, Room N3-600, Salt Lake City, Utah. Public Hearing on the 2024 Tentative Budget - Joe Smolka, Board Chair (10 minutes) 6. Approve the adoption of the 2024 Budget - and Marla Howard, GM; Brian Hartsell, Associate General Manager; Stewart Okobia, Director of Finance (10 minutes) 7. Approval of a contract between the MSD and Avenue Consultants for public involvement services on the final phase of the 4700 South project in the amount of $38,531.83. - Shane Ellis (5 minutes) 8. Approve an agreement between Salt Lake County and GSLMSD for $346,526.00 of CDBG Federal Grant funds for the construction of curb, gutter, and sidewalk along Western Drive in Magna - Steven Kuhlmeier (5 minutes) 9. Approve membership in UASD, elect a representative and elect a UASD Board-of-Trustees Nomination for the MSD -Marla Howard (15 minutes) 10. Discuss unallocated Bond Proceeds and outstanding ARPA balances by member - Stewart Okobia and Brian Hartsell (15 minutes) 11.
