Discuss the existing EMS handbook. Discuss/Approve/Deny the adoption of the existing EMS handbook. Approval of the payment of bills given by Clinton Olsen. Discuss/Approve/Deny the Position of: Office 19 3/4 part-time Secretary/Coordinator Possibly two part-time secretaries/coordinators Start date Workspace (ask commissioners) Discuss the duties of each board member: Chairman Vice chairman Secretary Treasurer Discuss/Approve/Deny changing the name of secretary of the Office, to Coordinator. Discuss the duties of the Director. Discuss the duties of the Coordinator. Discuss the duties of the Garage lead. Discuss/Approve/Deny the holding of offices, as the director, board member, and garage lead. Discuss/Approve/Deny of the Eclipse Coverage. On East side On Green River side Discuss/Approve/Deny mileage reimbursement. Discuss/Review the set-up of the following items.
