Consideration for and adoption of Parameters Resolution - Action Item i. Authorizing the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds of Wallsburg Town and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project. b.
