Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations' chapter 44, 'Additional Requirements', section 9, 'Ag Tourism' which will define the rules and regulations for operating Ag Tourism in Wellsville City. 9. Joseph Hammer - Discuss Eagle Project at Wellsville Dam 10. Glenn Ames - Discuss & update the Leatham's Springs dye study. 11. Chris Breinholt - Award final bid on Wellsville City Well #4. 12. Discuss final Founders Day plans. 13. Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report
