The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations' chapter 44, 'Additional Requirements', section 9, 'Ag Tourism' which will define the rules and regulations for operating Ag Tourism in Wellsville City.

10. Glenn Ames - Discuss & update the Leatham's Springs dye study.
11. Chris Breinholt - Award final bid on Wellsville City Well #4.
