- REGULAR MEETING OF THE VINEYARD ARCH COMMISSION Monday, September 21, 2023, 6:00 p.m. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City ARCH Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on September 21, 2023, at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. REGULAR SESSION 1 CALL TO ORDER 2 STAFF, COMMISSION, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS 2.1 Special Events Manager Anna Nelson 3 BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1 DISCUSSION AND ACTION - SHADE TENT DESIGN Parks and Recreation Director Brian Vawdrey will present options for shade structures at Grove Park and Penny Springs Park. The ARCH Commission will take appropriate action. 3.2 DISCUSSION AND ACTION - PARKS AND RECREATION STORAGE SHED Recreation Coordinator Ginger Nelson will present options for a storage shed at Gammon Park. The ARCH Commission will take appropriate action. 4 WORK SESSION 4.1 Slide Hill at Grove Park Update The Community Development Department will present and lead a discussion on the plans for the hill at Grove Park. 4.2 UPCOMING EVENTS City Special Event Manager Anna Nelson will lead a discussion on the upcoming event for the city. Including the BOO-A-Palooza Event. No action will be taken 5 ADJOURNMENT The Public is invited to participate in all ARCH Commission meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this public meeting should notify Anna Nelson, Special Event Manager, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929 or email at annan@vineyardutah.org. The foregoing notice and agenda were posted on the Utah Public Notice Website and Vineyard Website, posted at the Vineyard City Offices and City Hall, delivered electronically to city staff and each member of the ARCH Commission.
