Council discussion regarding possible exchange of property on Center Street currently owned by the Utah National Guard b. Council discussion regarding solar eclipse preparation - Councilmember Curt Hare OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly approve agreement between Fillmore City and JUB Engineering, Inc. for airport and aviation engineering services b. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 23-13 amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 21: Temporary Uses c. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 23-14 amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 23: Home Occupation d. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed agreement to purchase property west of the Fillmore City sewer lagoon facility e. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 23-15 amending the Fillmore City Personnel Policy to change from a bi-monthly payroll processing schedule to a bi-weekly schedule for all permanent full-time and part-time employees f. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 23-16 amending the Fillmore City Fee & Rate Schedule implementing after-hours dog impound call fee g. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 23-17 authorizing the Steel Solar 1A Project Second Amended and Restated Transaction Schedule under the Master Firm Power Supply Agreement with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; and related matters. h. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 23-18 cancelling the 2023 municipal general election COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
