c. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 23-14 amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 23: Home Occupation
d. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed agreement to purchase property west of the Fillmore City sewer lagoon facility
e. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 23-15 amending the Fillmore City Personnel Policy to change from a bi-monthly payroll processing schedule to a bi-weekly schedule for all permanent full-time and part-time employees
f. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 23-16 amending the Fillmore City Fee & Rate Schedule implementing after-hours dog impound call fee
