- IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Appeals Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing and consider action during a special public hearing scheduled for Friday, September 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Festival Hall (Room 1) located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to consider an appeal filed against a Conditional Use Permit approved by the Iron County Planning Commission on July 6, 2023 for 'Outdoor Recreation' (Motorcycle Practice Track) - located near 790 S Vista Rd, Parowan, Utah. Approximately 20.75 acres - within the E1/2 SW1/4 of Section 20, T34S, R9W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APN: C-1052-0005-0000). Property zoned Residential 5 Acres (R-5). All interested persons are invited to attend. Persons having questions or comments concerning this item may contact the Iron County Building/Zoning and Planning Department at (435) 865-5350.
