- PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a meeting at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, in the City Council Chambers at 38 West Center Street. 1. Roll Call 2. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Public Forum (Public comments may be delivered in person at the meeting or submitted to the City Recorder prior to 5:00 pm on the meeting date for presentation to the City Council) 5. Discussion and Possible Action Items a. New Business License for Home Based Guiding Service at 215 East Rock Creek Cir. b. Code Amendment - Regarding Fee Reference (Administrative Manual, Chapter 14) c. City Floodplain Mitigation Standards d. City Construction Standards e. City General Development Standards (Land Use Code Chapter 16) 6. Review and Approval of Minutes - July 27, 2022 7. General Discussion a. Election of Vice Chair b. Upcoming Training Opportunities c. City Volunteer Appreciation Dinner 8.
