- NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 28th at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 8 P.M. 1) Closed Session* 2) Closed Session* 3) Adjourn In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours' notice. *Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms. Certificate of Posting: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice & agenda was posted in Gunnison at City Hall and on the Public Notice Website, was emailed to the Gunnison Valley Gazette and the Sanpete Messenger in Manti, UT and delivered personally or electronically to the Mayor and City Council Members on this 24th day of June 2022. __________________________
