- NOTICE OF A VINEAYRD YOUTH COUNCIL KICKOFF MEETING September 12, 2023, at 6:00 PM _______________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Youth Council will hold a kickoff meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER City Recorder Pamela Spencer will call the meeting to order. 2. PARENT MEETING The Youth Council Advisor and Vineyard staff will present the nuts and bolts of a youth council. 3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS City Recorder Pamela Spencer will run an election to elect Youth Council Members to the Executive Board for a 12-month term. Open Positions Are: Youth Council Mayor Youth Council City Manager Youth Council City Recorder Meeting And Elections Chair Beautification Committee Chair Activity Committee Chair Service Committee Chair 4. UPCOMING EVENTS: September 25 - Harvest Festival October 16 - Boo-A-Palooza October 26 - Mee the Candidates night November 4 - Blizzard Race 5. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday October 5, 2023. I the undersigned duly appointed City Recorder for Vineyard, hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune, posted at the Vineyard City Offices, the Vineyard website, the Utah Public Notice website, and delivered electronically to members of the Vineyard Youth Council.
