YOUTH COUNCIL KICKOFF MEETING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Youth Council will hold a kickoff meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah.
AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER
City Recorder Pamela Spencer will call the meeting to order.
2. PARENT MEETING
The Youth Council Advisor and Vineyard staff will present the nuts and bolts of a youth council.
3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
City Recorder Pamela Spencer will run an election to elect Youth Council Members to the Executive Board for a 12-month term. Open Positions Are:
Youth Council Mayor
Youth Council City Manager
Youth Council City Recorder
Meeting And Elections Chair
Beautification Committee Chair
Activity Committee Chair
Service Committee Chair
4. UPCOMING EVENTS:
September 25 - Harvest Festival
October 16 - Boo-A-Palooza
October 26 - Meet the Candidates night
November 4 - Blizzard Race
5. ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday October 5, 2023.
