- SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AGENDA Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 5:00 PM This meeting will not have an anchor location at the City and County Building. Appeals Hearing Officer, Staff, and Appellant will connect remotely. Variance Request to allow a 6' Fence in the front yard of a Light Manufacturing Development at approximately 5995 W. Amelia Earhart Drive - Jason Boal, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a variance to allow a 6' fence in the front yard where fences are limited to 4' in height. The property is zoned M-1 (Light Manufacturing) and is located in Council District 1, represented by Victoria Petro.
