A public hearing will be held for the following item:
1. Variance Request to allow a 6' Fence in the front yard of a Light Manufacturing Development at approximately 5995 W. Amelia Earhart Drive - Jason Boal, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a variance to allow a 6' fence in the front yard where fences are limited to 4' in height. The property is zoned M-1 (Light Manufacturing) and is located in Council District 1, represented by Victoria Petro.
