- 1. City-Initiated Request to Amend Sections 17-3-5, 17-7-9.2.B, 17-7-9.12.3.3, 17-7-10.11.3.B, 17-7-10.12.2.E, 17-7-12.1.8, and 17-7-17.9 of the Midvale City Municipal Code to Reflect Changes in the State Law regarding Development Agreements. 2. Code Text Amendment to create a new subsection regulating specific criteria for allowed uses in Chapter 17-7-1 (SF-1) and 17-7-2 (SF-2) of the Midvale City Municipal Code. 3. City initiated Rezone request to remove the 7200 S Overlay from the northeast and southeast corners of State Street and Fort Union Blvd. 4. Code Text Amendment to the Purpose, Lot and Development Standards, Architectural Standards, and Parking sections of Chapter 17-7-7 (SSC) of the Midvale City Municipal Code.
