- A Statutory Water Bank Application has been filed by the First Water Bank of Utah with the Utah Board of Water Resources. A Special Meeting of the Board of Water Resources to begin a 30-day public comment period on the Application will be held at 4:00 pm, September 5, 2023, at the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District, 609 West Main Street, Vernal, UT. Interested citizens can participate electronically by joining through the Board of Water Resources Google Meet https://meet.google.com/gxr-faqx-arz. Interested citizens can find a copy of the Statutory Water Bank Application at https://water.utah.gov/water-marketing/
