- NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TOQUERVILLE SECONDARY WATER SYSTEM BOARD OF DIRECTORS WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Toquerville Secondary Water System, Washington County, Utah will meet in session at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Toquerville Town Hall Toquerville, Utah. The agenda for the meeting includes the following: 1) Board Members a) Mayor Keen Ellsworth, new board member introduction b) Discussion and consideration for approval to fill vacancy of Than Naegle 2) Discussion and consideration for approval of 2022 agriculture watering times a) For reference, 2021 schedule is attached 3) Review of Budget for 2022 4) Discussion and consideration for approval of July 27, 2021, TSWS Board Minutes 5) Request for a closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation Dated this 8th day of February 2022.
