NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Toquerville Secondary Water System, Washington County, Utah
will meet in session at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Toquerville City Offices, Toquerville, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes the following:
1. Presentation of proposed annual assessment rate increase.
2. Public Hearing to levy the Annual Assessments within TSWS Service Area
3. Consider resolution authorizing the levy of contract assessments for 2023 within the TSWS Service Area.
4. Discuss letter from Jon Martin
5. Discussion and consideration for approval of February 22, 2023, TSWS Board Minutes
6. Request for a closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation.
