- Wednesday, September 7, 2022 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting at the City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:30 p.m. and Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on September 7, 2022. Planning Commissioners Jesse Cardon John Mendenhall Todd Mitchell Shauna Warnick Joseph Earnest Michelle Carroll SPANISH FORK CITY does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in the employment or the provision of services. The public is invited to participate in all Spanish Fork City Planning Commission Meetings located at the City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork. If you need special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Community Development Office at 801-804-4580. 1. 5:30pm WORK SESSION -No formal actions are taken in a work session. 2. Minutes A. August 3, 2022 3. Preliminary Plat A. PARKWAY PROFESSIONAL PLAZA. The request is to reapprove a 5-lot commercial development that has expired which is located at 1678 East Spanish Fork Parkway. 4. Project Signage Plan A. CANYON CREEK PROJECT SIGNAGE PLAN AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the current Canyon Creek Project Signage Plan to relocate a pole sign to be located near Texas Roadhouse at 508 East Commerce Way. 5. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing) A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENT - TRAVEL TRAILERS AND DWELLINGS. Proposed amendments regarding modifications to Municipal Code 15.1.04.020 Definitions and 15.3.24.090 Supplementary Regulations. B. TITLE 15 AMENDMENT - REIMBURSABLE PROJECTS. Proposed amendment regarding modifications to Municipal Code 15.4.12.070 Reimbursable Projects. (Infrastructure) 6. General Plan (Public Hearing) A. MODERATE INCOME HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN 7. Adjourn
