PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting at the City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:30 p.m. and Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on September 7, 2022.

A. PARKWAY PROFESSIONAL PLAZA. The request is to reapprove a 5-lot commercial development that has expired which is located at 1678 East Spanish Fork Parkway.
4. Project Signage Plan
A. CANYON CREEK PROJECT SIGNAGE PLAN AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the current Canyon Creek Project Signage Plan to relocate a pole sign to be located near Texas Roadhouse at 508 East Commerce Way.
