- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SOLDIER SUMMIT LOCAL DISTRICT WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS - ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 E CENTER ST, PROVO, UT 84606 August 8, 2023 - 9:00 am AGENDA 1. Ratify the approval and authorization of an agreement with Dave Sanderson for Accounting/Financial Services. 2. Review financial statements and address accounting transition 3. Review and authorize payment of professional services, operations, maintenance and other expenses and reimbursement of any outstanding purchases. 4. Review and approve or deny outstanding receivables, past due accounts, and place or remove liens and take necessary corrective action 5. Review office management transition 6. Review the status of major projects such as new lines to Soldier Summit 7. Review public works transition: - Procurement method - Actual time spent per month - Training procedures - Possible Candidates 8. Discuss progress on joining associations: - Rural Water - Utah Association of Service Districts 9. Discuss progress toward securing water tank easements 10. Discuss status of securing water attorney 11. Report on Status of opening the Soldier Summit Local District bank account - Central Bank, Spanish Fork Branch 12. Review Soldier Summit Local District State Tax ID 13. Set time, date and location of next Soldier Summit Local District Meeting 14. Public Comment
