- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the: Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) Board Date and time: Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 9:00 am Location: N/A. This meeting will be held electronically on Zoom. Information to attend electronically: To hear or view and hear the meeting and to provide comments to the board via the Zoom webinar platform, register in advance using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_EGs2Q7hRTu6l_hWvaPvf0A Agenda 1. Approval of minutes from the June 27, 2023 meeting. 2. Resolution 2023-09 Approving a Master Development Agreement with EX Utah Development LLC and BLX MWP-LON LLC, for the Development of the Marina West Property Located within the MIDA MRF Project Area. 3. Resolution 2023-10 Approving a Tax Sharing Agreement with BLX MWP-LON LLC 4. Adjourn meeting.
