ENTITY UPDATES: COMMITTEE UPDATES: 1. Consent Agenda Approval - (5 minutes). A. May 11, 2023, Board Meeting Minutes B. May 2023, Profit & Loss C. May 2023, Reconciliation D. Warrants E. Aqua Engineering Contract for Facilities Upgrade. 2. Agenda Item #2 has been moved to a future meeting due to insufficient advanced notice of specific citizen questions. The Board requires a reasonable opportunity to prepare to address this important issue. Odor mitigation Update and discussion -public comment opportunity. 3. 2022 Audit, presentation and discussion, Jon Haderlie, Larson Co. (20 minutes) 4. Utah State Auditor's Fraud Risk Assessment Policies, discussion, and possible approval- Dennis Gunn (40 minutes) 5. Impact Fees Hardship Policy, discussion and possibly approval - Dennis Gunn (10 minutes). 6. Manager's Updates. - Dennis Gunn 7. Other Business 8.
