- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th day of July 2023 at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Bourne 2. Thought/Prayer - Council Member Losee 3. Pledge of Allegiance - Council Member Allen 4. Vote to Approve Agenda 5. Vote to Approve Minutes a. June 21, 2023 6. Open Comments 7. New Business a. Discussion and Vote on West Factory Street Corridor Project Bids b. Discussion and Vote on Locater for Public Works 8. Requests for Future Agenda Items 9. Adjourn Dated the 30th day of June 2023 __________________________________ Sharlet Anderson, Recorder *Garland City Council reserves the right to go into a closed session at any time during this meeting.
