Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th day of July 2023 at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows:
