- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL City of North Salt Lake 10 E Center St. North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 The City of North Salt Lake is soliciting proposals for Architectural and Design Services related Phase 1 of the Renovation and Expansion of Hatch Park located at 50 West Center Street, North Salt Lake, Utah, 84054. Proposals will be received by the City of North Salt Lake at the City Hall Building, 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 until 5:30 PM on July 20, 2023, in accordance with proposal documents. The City recently completed a Concept Plan for renovation and expansion of Hatch Park (attached to RFP). The principal purpose of this RFP is to hire services that will identify all construction work and materials needed to bid out the construction of the Park renovation and expansion. The City will rank RFP responses using a weighted scoring system. The responses must include certain submittal information as specified in the RFP. A copy of the RFP with concept plan are available on the City's website at https://www.nslcity.org/bids.aspx. Notice of Posting: I, the duly appointed City Recorder for the City of North Salt Lake, certify that copies of the Request for Proposal for the Architectural and Design Services related Phase 1 of the Renovation and Expansion of Hatch Park for bid submittal by July 20, 2023 at 5:30 pm were posted on the Utah Public Notice Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, City's Website: https://www.nslcity.org, and at City Hall: 10 E.
