The City of North Salt Lake is soliciting proposals for Architectural and Design Services related Phase 1 of the Renovation and Expansion of Hatch Park located at 50 West Center Street, North Salt Lake, Utah, 84054. Proposals will be received by the City of North Salt Lake at the City Hall Building, 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 until 5:30 PM on July 20, 2023, in accordance with proposal documents.
The City recently completed a Concept Plan for renovation and expansion of Hatch Park (attached to RFP). The principal purpose of this RFP is to hire services that will identify all construction work and materials needed to bid out the construction of the Park renovation and expansion. The City will rank RFP responses using a weighted scoring system. The responses must include certain submittal information as specified in the RFP.

I, the duly appointed City Recorder for the City of North Salt Lake, certify that copies of the Request for Proposal for the Architectural and Design Services related Phase 1 of the Renovation and Expansion of Hatch Park for bid submittal by July 20, 2023 at 5:30 pm were posted on the Utah Public Notice Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, City's Website: https://www.nslcity.org, and at City Hall: 10 E. Center St. North Salt Lake.

NOTICE OF 1ST ADDENDUM TO
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN SERVICES
HATCH PARK RENOVATION AND EXPANSION
This notice is provided as a supplementary document related to the 1st addendum to the RFP for Architectural and Design Services for the Hatch Park Renovation and Expansion Project. The following changes have been made to the original Request for Proposal:
1) Due to several questions related to the project, the City will hold a voluntary information meeting to go over project details and answer questions that potential respondents may have. The meeting will be held on July 11 at 2:00 p.m. at the City Offices at 10 East Center Street. Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory or required in order to submit a response to this RFP.
2) The submittal date for this RFP has been extended until August 3, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
3) The submittal date for the sealed bid portion of the project responses is also extended until August 3, 2023.
4) There is a question cut-off date added to the RFP of July 25, 2023. After that date, staff will not be available to answer project-related questions.
