Main St. Kanab, Utah WE WELCOME EVERYONE TO ATTEND ELECTRONICALLY BY PHONE. CALL IN INFORMATION: Meeting call in # 435-676-9000 participant code 168030# (This is a local call within the South Central service area) CALL MEETING TO ORDER & WELCOME: CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of MBA Minutes for September 13, 2022 REGULAR AGENDA: 1. Approval of Kane County Road Shed Project Bid and Contract 2. Consideration for Adoption of Resolution MBA-2022-1 Reauthorizing Bylaws for the Municipal Building Authority of Kane County , Utah; Confirming the Election of Officers for Such Authority; and Authorizing Other Action on Behalf of the Authority 3. Consideration for Adoption of Resolution MBA-2022-2 of the Municipal Building Authority of Kane County, Utah Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of not more than $3,500,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2022; and Related Matters 4. Zion Public Finance Invoice 5. Designation of ARPA Funds for the Care & Share Building NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Karla Johnson at (435) 644-2458.
