- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, June 12, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Update - Emergency Management Update - Appoint Member to Open Library Board Seat - Discussion & Consideration of the Revitalization Application - Discussion & Consideration to Ratify a Portion of the May Tax Sale - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Surplus - Consideration of Minutes for Combined Commission Meeting held June 06, 2023 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Discussion & Consideration of the Correspondence to the BLM Regarding their Proposed Conservation & Landscape Health Rule - PUBLIC HEARING 10:30 AM - Proposed Amendment to Lots 50-51 of the Pinion Ridge Unity 2 Subdivision to Combine the Lots into One and Vacate the Existing Utility Easement - Adjournment
