- HIGHLAND ARTS COUNCIL MISSION STATEMENT: OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE ENRICHMENT FOR ALL THE ARTS FOR ALL AGES IN OUR COMMUNITY CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Shauna Larson (Chairman) - KeriLynn Lenhart - Ellen Burns - Elaine Roundy - Linda Littlefield - Sarah Petersen (City Council Rep) - Kelly Gummow - Carol Hadlock - Phoebe Hall MINUTES AND APPROVAL CHAIRMAN ISSUES: Upcoming Events and Highland Fling update, Easter Event and Update on CC calendaring process. DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Each director report, Childrens Choir by KeriLynn, Art Classes and Art Show by Shauna, Youth Theatre Newsies update and Shakepheare by Ellen and Jordana, Linda Craft Fair and Art Club and Graphics, any City requests Sarah, Input from Elaine and ideas for Art Show for next year, Phoebe-Website and Social Media Update, Carol-Easter Event Elaine and Carol, Quilting, Kelly . Next Board Meeting: ,May 3 at 6 pm at the Community Center Building ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that on this 30th day of March, 2015, the above agenda was posted in three public places within Highland City limits. Agenda also posted on State (http://pmn.utah.gov) and City websites (www.highlandcity.org). Stephanie , City Recorder - In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
