1. Each director report, Childrens Choir by KeriLynn, Art Classes and Art Show by Shauna, Youth Theatre Newsies update and Shakepheare by Ellen and Jordana, Linda Craft Fair and Art Club and Graphics, any City requests Sarah, Input from Elaine and ideas for Art Show for next year, Phoebe-Website and Social Media Update, Carol-Easter Event Elaine and Carol, Quilting, Kelly .
