- WEST POINT CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON JUNE 20TH, 2023, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following: - A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY2023 AMENDED BUDGET FOR WEST POINT CITY - AN APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT AMENDMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2019 N 4500 W - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CRAYTHORNE DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2600 W 300 N - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2600 W 300 N FROM A-40 AGRICULTURE ZONE TO R-3 RESIDENTIAL ZONE *COMMENTS MUST BE MADE IN-PERSON OR SUBMITTED PRIOR VIA EMAIL: - To attend the meeting in-person at West Point City Hall: - West Point City Hall is located at: 3200 W 300 N, West Point, UT 84015 - To submit your comments prior to the meeting via email: Please follow the instructions below: (emailed comments will be read aloud to the City Council during the public hearing) - Email: carnold@westpointcity.org - Subject Line: 'Citizen Comment - June 20th, 2023, City Council Meeting - Email Body: Must include first and last name, address, and a succinct statement of your comments.
