THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON JUNE 20TH, 2023, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following:
- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY2023 AMENDED BUDGET FOR WEST POINT CITY
- AN APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT AMENDMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2019 N 4500 W
- A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CRAYTHORNE DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2600 W 300 N
- AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2600 W 300 N FROM A-40 AGRICULTURE ZONE TO R-3 RESIDENTIAL ZONE
