- CALL MEETING TO ORDER BUSINESS ITEM(S) Choose an Honorary Tree Recipient (This is the last meeting to choose this person.) Plan Arbor Day (Friday, May 5th) Decide if there will be a category for the Beautification Awards that includes a xeriscape-type park strip. If so, what is the criterion, and what is the name of the award? APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve BOTH November 2022 minutes and February 2023 minutes. REPORT(S) ADJOURNMENT The next scheduled meeting will be held on Monday, April 3rd at 8:00 am MST in The office of Murray City Power, 153 West 4800 South, Murray, Utah.
