- AGENDA 2023 HIGHLAND CITY FLING COMMITTEE MEETING March 14, 2023, 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Highland City Council Chambers 5400 West Civic Center Drive Highland, Utah 84003 Call to Order Open and Public Meeting Training - City Recorder Stephannie Cottle Approval of Meeting Minutes - 2/15/2023 Event Updates Information Items Discussion Items 1. Collect a brief write-up about each event for publicity purposes. 2. Discuss how many volunteers are needed for each event and if help is needed to locate those volunteers. 3. Discuss supplies needed for each event. 4. Discuss how to utilize the theme in each event. Adjournment CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that on this 14th day of March, 2023, the above agenda was posted at the principle office of the public body, on the Utah Public Notice Website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and Highland City website (www.highlandcity.org).
