- AGENDA May 18, 2022 7:00 p.m. City Council Chambers, Taylorsville City Hall 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd. Taylorsville, Utah 84129 Notice is hereby given that the Redevelopment Agency of Taylorsville City will convene in a Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable, in the Council Chambers, located at 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd., Taylorsville, Utah 84129. The agenda is as follows: (Board Members reserve the right to change the order of agenda items at their discretion) 'Notice is hereby given that, any person(s) wishing to view electronically held Redevelopment Agency Board meeting may do so by accessing the Live Stream video at https://www.taylorsvilleut.gov/government/elected-officials during the regularly scheduled electronic Redevelopment Agency Board meeting time. Notice is further hereby given that person(s) wishing to make a public comment during an electronic public hearing meeting may submit a comment form to the RDA Board via email only at publiccomment@taylorsvilleut.gov at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of a regularly scheduled electronic RDA Board meeting time. Audio equipment will be used to ensure the comments and votes of each board member participating in an electronic meeting will be audible to those people digitally viewing the electronic meeting.' 1. Public Hearing - To Receive Public Comment on the Tentative Budget for the Redevelopment Agency of Taylorsville City for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year 2.1. Resolution No. RDA 22-03 - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of Taylorsville City Board Tentatively Adopting a Tentative Balanced Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2022, and Ending June 30, 2023 - Wayne Harper, Economic Development Director, and Scott Harrington, CFO 2.2 Resolution No. RDA 22-04 - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of Taylorsville City Board Adopting a Final Balanced Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2022, and Ending June 30, 2023 - Wayne Harper, Economic Development Director, and Scott Harrington, CFO 1. Other Matters 2. Adjournment I, Jean K. Ashby, do hereby certify that I am the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Secretary for the Redevelopment Agency Board of Taylorsville City, and do further certify that a true and correct copy of the RDA Board Meeting Agenda was posted at the Taylorsville City Offices at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. I further certify that a public notice regarding the meeting referenced has been properly posted on the City's website at www.taylorsvilleut.gov and on the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov . ___________________________________ 16th day of May 2022 Jean K.
