(SUB 04-2022) Preliminary and Final application. The request is to subdivide lot 2 of the Buzianis Ranchettes Phase 1 into two lots, lot 1 2.91 acres and lot 2 2.22 acres. The property is zoned RR-1 and is surrounded by 5 acre lots.
