DISCUSSION AND INFORMATION ITEMS This is an opportunity to provide information to the City Council. These items are for information only and do not require action by the City Council. 1.A. DISCUSSION - Strategic Industry Performance Incentive Program for Business Recruitment (approximate time 30 minutes) 1.B. DISCUSSION - Water Rights Code (anticipated time 20 minutes) 1.C. DISCUSSION - Deer Run Concept Plan (anticipated time 10 minutes) 1.D. DISCUSSION - Harmony Phase A Plat MF 3 - Design/Code Exception(s) (anticipated time 15 minutes) 1.E. RESOLUTION - A Resolution of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Authorizing the Land Disposal Application to Proceed and Directing Staff to Begin the Notice and Public Hearing Process for a Portion of Utah County Parcel No. 38:257:0108, Designated as 'Significant Real Property' Pursuant to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code 3.30.060 BACKGROUND: (Presented by City Recorder Lacie A. Messerly) This item is a request to dispose of a portion of Utah County Parcel No. 67:236:0004 designated as 'Significant Real Property' in accordance with EMMC 3.30.060. The application, submitted by Mark Baum to approximately 0.04 acre (1,742.4 sq/ft) of property located at Meadow Ranch, Plat 9. 14. ORDINANCES/PUBLIC HEARINGS 14.A. ORDINANCE/PUBLIC HEARING - An Ordinance of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Amending the Official Zoning Map and Future Land Use Map to Assign Current Zoning Designations to the Oak Hollow and Parkway Crossroads areas BACKGROUND: (Presented by Planner, Mickie Mills) The Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Future Land Use Map and Zoning Map amendments. These properties are located within the Oak Hollow development and the Parkway Crossroads area near the Pony Express and Ranches intersection. Approximately 38 acres of land for Oak Hollow and 7 acres of land for Parkway Crossroads are included in this proposal. 14.B. ORDINANCE/PUBLIC HEARING - An Ordinance of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Enacting Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Section 17.60.085 Regarding Artificial Turf, and Amending Section 17.60.100 Residential Landscape Requirements BACKGROUND: (Presented by Senior Planner, David Stroud) The proposed amendment adopts Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Section 17.60.085 regarding standards for the use and installation of artificial turf and amends EMMC 17.60.100 regarding rear yard landscaping. 15. LEGISLATIVE ITEMS 15.A. UPDATE - Legislative Priorities List 16. CITY COUNCIL/MAYOR'S BUSINESS AND LIAISON REPORTS This time is set aside for the City Council's and Mayor's comments on City business, and for Councilmembers to report on the boards they are assigned to as liaisons to the City Council. 17.
