- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a budget work session meeting at 6:00 p.m. followed by a regular a work session meeting at 7:00 p.m. followed by a regular City Council meeting at 8:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 17th day of May 2023 at the Garland City Building.
