- 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Piccadilly Lot 5 - Subdivision Plat Amendment Consideration and possible approval of a subdivision plat amendment submitted by Glede Co., LLC, to divide existing Lot 5 of the Piccadilly Business Commercial Subdivision into two parcels. The proposed amendment creates Lot 5 Amended, consisting of approximately 0.58 acres, and Parcel A, consisting of approximately 0.40 acres, which is proposed to be dedicated to Mt. Pleasant City as public open space. The property is located along Horseshoe Mountain Road in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. 5. Public Participation Public comments limited to three (3) minutes per person. 6. Adjourn I, Dave Oxman, Planning & Zoning Administrator, hereby certify that the members were notified of this meeting at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted on the City Hall bulletin board and the Utah Public Notice Website on October 16, 2026.
