Consideration and possible approval of a subdivision plat amendment submitted by Glede Co., LLC, to divide existing Lot 5 of the Piccadilly Business Commercial Subdivision into two parcels. The proposed amendment creates Lot 5 Amended, consisting of approximately 0.58 acres, and Parcel A, consisting of approximately 0.40 acres, which is proposed to be dedicated to Mt. Pleasant City as public open space. The property is located along Horseshoe Mountain Road in Mt. Pleasant, Utah.
