- OQUIRRH RECREATION AND PARKS DISTRICT MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Element Event Center - Ballroom 5658 S Cougar Ln (4800 W), Kearns, Utah Trustees and members of the public may participate virtually: https://kopfc.zoom.us/j/5470110396 October 20, 2026 REGULAR MEETING 1:00 PM 1. Call to Order 2. Citizen's Comments 3. Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District intends to increase property taxes for 2027 which will exceed the certified tax rate. 4. The amount of the proposed increase is $324,883. The purpose of the increase is to keep up with inflation, capital improvements, repairs and maintenance, operating and administrative costs. 5. The proposed increase represents a 7% increase in ad valorem tax revenue. 6. Adjourn
