3. Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District intends to increase property taxes for 2027 which will exceed the certified tax rate.
4. The amount of the proposed increase is $324,883. The purpose of the increase is to keep up with inflation, capital improvements, repairs and maintenance, operating and administrative costs.
5. The proposed increase represents a 7% increase in ad valorem tax revenue.
