Opening Ceremony: Council member Fowles 3. Acceptance of minutes from September 23, 2026 4. Ex Parte Communications and disclosures 5. Citizen Input: Comments to the Mayor and Council are limited to three (3) minutes and must address non-agenda items within the City Council's authority. 6. Council Business: a. NPPD Report b. Green Canyon High School Roundabout Landscaping Project Update c. Mayor/Staff/Council Reports 7. Action Items a. Consider Ordinance 2026-20 - LLR (previously LDR) Zone and Standards - Allowing for larger lots by removing the lot maximum size and raising the minimum lot size to 9,000 sq ft. b. Consider Ordinance 2026-24 - Caretaker Residences in P/I c. Consider Ordinance 2026-26 - P/I Zones only in new annexations d. Consider Ordinance 2026-30 - A 180-day moratorium on new Land Use Applications pursuant to Utah Code ยง10-20-504. 8. Future Agenda Items a. City Council will be held on Tuesday November 10, 2026. No Council meetings on the following dates: - October 28th - November 11th - November 25th - December 23rd 9. Adjourn
